LibraryThe museum houses a library that contains publications focusing on the people, aircraft and activities involved in the history of College Park Airport, Maryland aviation, and early aviation up to World War I. In addition, there is general material on the development of civil and military aviation, significant aviators, aviation technology and aeronautics to make the Library a thorough resource on aviation history. There also is a collection of children’s books, both fiction and nonfiction, dating from as early as 1910. The library is available to visitors for research during regular museum hours by appointment only; please contact us. |
