Summer Camp Tour Details

Friends gather at the propeller-spinning activity in the museum gallery.

We offer specialized tours for camps that are both exciting and fun. Your field trip consists of an introduction to the College Park Aviation Museum, video footage of an early Wright Brothers flight from 1909, a tour of the museum, which features nine aircraft and interactive exhibits, and an aviation-themed craft to take home. All field trips must be made by reservation; however, you can visit the museum at any time without a guided tour.

Summer Camp Tour Details

Admission for camp field trip tours is: $2 per student, with 2 adults admitted free, and $3 per additional adult. Additional chaperones are encouraged.

Chaperones play an important role at the College Park Aviation Museum. Please make sure that they are aware that they are here to help the students have an educational and enjoyable time. Their assistance will be needed for the 20-minute activity and to model appropriate behavior throughout the tour for the students.

If you come to the museum for a field trip without a reservation, regular admission will be charged.
